Be Prompt : Be in your seat and ready to work when bell rings!

Be Respectful : Cooperate with teachers and other students.

Be Polite: No talking to others unless directed by teacher. No yelling or talking out loud. Keep hands, feet and objects to yourself. Raise your hand to ask the teacher any questions.

Be Positive: Attitude is everything –be sure yours is always a positive one.

*Bullying – Chain of Lakes Middle School works hard to create a “bully free” environment

No gum, food, sodas or candy allowed during normal class times.

*Behavioral Consequences*

1 st offense – verbal warning

2 nd offense- bounce from class – student completes and returns form with parent signature.

3rd offense-parent contacted – student receives detention.

4 th offense-Administrative Referral
